Membership Plans
We understand that life is constantly evolving, and we believe your membership should be as flexible as your needs. That's why we offer weekly subscription-based memberships with no lock-in contracts. You can enjoy our services without the pressure of long-term commitments.
Members will be debited weekly for the duration of the membership, and if you ever need to cancel, simply provide us with 30 days notice or 4 weekly transactions from the date of your cancellation request, and we'll take care of the rest. This excludes free membership periods.
Membership Pause Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to temporarily pause your membership.
Memberships may be paused for a minimum period of 2 weeks
The maximum pause period is 3 months
All pause requests must be submitted in advance and approved by Thrve Centre Pty Ltd
Membership billing will be suspended during the approved pause period
Memberships will automatically resume at the original rate once the pause period ends unless otherwise arranged
Paused memberships cannot be backdated and no refunds will be issued for periods already billed prior to the pause request.
Annual Block-Out Period
Thrve Centre Pty Ltd observes an annual block-out period over the Christmas and New Year holiday season. During this period, memberships cannot be paused, including during days where the centre may be temporarily closed. Reduced trading hours and closure dates will be communicated to members in advance. Membership billing will continue as normal throughout the block-out period. By holding an active membership, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
Cancellation
To cancel your membership, please provide 30 days notice or 4 weekly transactions from the date of your cancellation request, whichever is applicable. This allows us to process your cancellation and ensure a smooth transition. This excludes free membership periods.
We believe in making things simple, so there’s no need for medical forms or complex processes. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions at the time of cancellation.
If you cancel a membership that was purchased at a discounted or promotional rate, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to return to that discounted or promotional price in the future. Any reactivation or new membership will be charged at the current standard membership rate available at the time of rejoining.
Non-Refundable
Membership fees are non-refundable, including in the event of early termination. However, if we terminate your membership for any reason, you will not be charged for any future billing cycles beyond the cancellation date.
Casual Passes: Casual passes have a 6 month expiration from the date of purchase. If your membership includes multiple visits per week (for example twice weekly), unused visits do not carry over and will not be refunded.
